Emily blends multiple evidence-based approaches—including Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Integrative Therapy—to create a flexible and empowering therapeutic experience.
Emily is currently expanding her trauma-informed practice through advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), underscoring her commitment to deepening her ability to help clients heal from past wounds with sensitivity and skill.
